

We’re rolling out of September soon! Time for the LAST QUARTER of the year, ripe with prep for the holidays and the start of 2026 and the CrossFit Open in February! So much to do, so little time!
WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK:
MONDAY
We’re back to our 4 round circuit for quality that will include 2 minutes on a machine (again), L-sit work and jump rope work.
Then we’ll work on some Oly Skills – all skill transfer exercises today.
WEDNESDAY
We’ll Front Squat, pairing it with a fun explosive drill for “power”. Then we’ll shoulder to overhead for high reps in prep for Grace. Finaly we’ll work a common version of the deadlift – not traditional but good “harder” work.
FRIDAY
Our warm up will kick your butt! Get ready!
We’ll deadlift traditional as a strength workout prior to a spicy conditioning piece – a repeat that works really well for grip strength and heart rates. Fun stuff!
