

WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK:
MONDAY
Today we work through our normal circuit with exercises that will help prepare us for Veterans Day Chad 1000x (step ups), another 2:00 effort on a machine (row or bike) and a high rep heart pumper in plate ground to overheads.
Then, we’ll tackle a reverse Tabata with Goblet Squats – goal is AMRAP (as many reps as possible), but the squat will be slower due to the load. Have fun with this!
WEDNESDAY (swapping Wednesday and Friday this week)
Bench Press as our strength set.
And then we’ll work on a mock Grace in practice for the 17th/18th of October.
FRIDAY
Strength day:
Combo BS + FS, high rep HPC and high rep DL
