

WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK:
MONDAY
Back to our 4 round Monday Circuit. You’ll work through 2:00 on a machine (row bike), a medium set of UB WBs and walking lunges.
Then with a partner alternating stations, we’ll up the intensity and rotate through shuttle runs and KB DLs.
WEDNESDAY
Strength day:
Back Squat, Push Press and DL
FRIDAY
First, we’ll work on our Grace prep with rounds of HPC & J. Then, we’ll chip through an old CF Open workout (23.2, 25.2). You’ll work through high repetitions an around of ring rows, jump rope and DBl DB thrusters. High intensity, and a little longer than our usual work.
