MONDAY
For real – last week of the Poliquin cycle – you’ll start new work for Grace and Chad 100x on Monday the 8th.
Back: bent over row, lat pull downs and banded face pulls
Triceps: seated DB triceps extension, banded tricep press down, narrow pushups
Flight simulator as a finisher.
WEDNESDAY
Quads and Hip Flexors – DB front squat, banded wall sit clam shells and split squats.
Shoulders – BB strict press, DB lateral raise and banded upright row
Finisher: partner WB’s ( a lot of them!)
FRIDAY
Bench press
Clean and Jerk work for Grace
