WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK:
MONDAY
Finishing up Poliquin this week:
Chest – bench, SVEND press, and pushups
Biceps – hammer curls, body rows and banded curls
Finally – a pec finisher.
WEDNESDAY
Posterior chain – deadlifts, DB swings and glute bridges
Core – Pallof press, Dual slams and sit-ups or V-ups
FRIDAY
Team start with a short AMRAP of step up – jump down with an eccentric “catch” – working on “sticking the landing”.
Then, more work on the HPC.
And a new finisher – you’ll love this!
