WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK:

MONDAY

This is your last  month  BACK ON POLIQUIN’s 6-12-25 program. Soon we’ll be out of the hot months, (and hurricane season) and back to traditional programming. 

Today will be our chest and biceps day. Tell your kids: “I did chest and bi’s today” and look for their reaction! We’re definitely “bodybuilding” right now.  You’ll Bench for 6, SVEND press for 12 and push up for 25.

Biceps will be Hammer Curls for 6, Body rows for 12 and banded curls for 25.

In the end we’ll tax your grip strength and core with some varied position farmers’ carries.

WEDNESDAY

Posterior chain work will include Hinge DL for 6, KB swing for 12 and glute bridges for 25.  Core work will be Pallof Press for 6 per side, Dball slams for 12 and sit ups or V ups for 25.

FRIDAY

So….a LITTLE intensity today as we bring your heart rates up with a Brenton-like workout of bear crawls and broad jumps. And then back to the barbells to work on our cleans. October and Grace is coming…you’ll be prepared.
