

WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK:
MONDAY
We are in a transition week. You’ll see some typical GMRX programming this week without the high intensity work.
Today we’ll see 3 rounds for quality of wall balls, hanging knee raises to toes to bar, and lunges. Then NOT FOR TIME, we’ll work through a long rep cycle of jump rope and situps.
WEDNESDAY
You’ll love this! Back to the barbell: low bar back squat, push press and dead lift. All day.
FRIDAY
We’ll start off with bench press, then work on our technique and loads in the power clean. More barbell – more strength!
