WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK:

MONDAY

We continue our Poliquin cycle this week (week 3) 

Today we tackle Back and Triceps.

We’ll use the bent over row, a lat pull down and banded face pulls for back. And we’ll use a DB triceps extension, a banded triceps press down and ….pushups again for triceps.

WEDNESDAY

Our focus today will be quads and hip flexors with front squats, the wall sit/clamshell, and a split squat. Lots of variations!  And then shoulders: we’ll use strict press, a DB lateral raise and a banded upright row.

FRIDAY

We’ll break from the Poliquin Cycle today and revert back to our Monday style circuit of four rounds of four movements – some in preparation for 31 Heroes on 8/1.
