It is Open Week 2!

We’ll rinse and repeat with waiting for the WOD to post on Thursday, then work through the heat schedule based on cameras and space. We’ll post Saturday’s heat schedule at the gym on Friday

On Saturday, those signed up to compete in the Open will run in heats of 2 or 3 until we’re finished. No times have been established yet but we start at 8am. Should be done by 10am. All are welcome!

WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK:

MONDAY

Our four rounds are actually three rounds today.

  • KB DLs
  • pushups
  • BB complex

Then, we’ll plug in our Bench Press to round out the day.

WEDNESDAY

Our squat will be a mini-sprint of DB FS and burpees.

Our press will be a combination of BB strict and push press.

And our hinge will be some good mornings coupled with bear crawl and crab walk – we’re going to get good at the crab walk!

FRIDAY

TBD – we will do the CrossFit Open Workout 25.2
