WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK:

MONDAY

After a solid warm up….

Our four rounds will have us performing:

    • rope climbs
    • DB complex of clean and jerks, and snatches
    • planks

Then, in teams of 2 you’ll work an alternating EMOM (yes, 1 min rest between rounds) of ME burpees. Comparing to 1/17’s 5 min test.

WEDNESDAY

Our squat will be high rep wall balls (paired with situps). Our press will be captured in the jerk/push press part of the BB HPC & PP/JK.  And we’ll end with some good old fashioned bodybuilding in the end.

FRIDAY

 Our warm-up will be a PVC Bear complex drill for mobility and general warm up.

We’ll tackle a strength and skill set of clean plls. And then spend the rest of the hour on a barbell complex (Bear Complex) super setted during the rest period with pushups. Spicy!
