Our last full week before Thanksgiving week. Reminder: Gym will be open Monday 11/25, and then closed Tuesday through Friday. We will post and send out home programs for you to keep your fitness up!

Monday

Your four rounder is a three rounder today – and we’ll see KB DLs, jump rope, and rope climbs.

We’ll end with a longer EMOM of power and squat cleans to get our hands on a barbell on a Monday!

Wednesday
Our squat will be a front squat, our press is a push press and our hinge is a DL – all barbell, all day!

Friday
We’ll tackle a timed circuit of front rack holds, bicep curls and pushups – and then a cardio relay of kettlebell swings and shuttles. It’s a good thing the temps outside are down because they’ll be up internally!
