We have four days left (Starting Monday). Let’s get used to starting our weeks off right:
Monday: All grown foods (plants, animals) – one ingredient foods. 80% list. And no dairy, grains, beans or legumes.
Tuesday: All grown foods (plants, animals) – one ingredient foods. + dairy if you want.
Wednesday: All grown foods (plants, animals) – one ingredient foods. And no dairy, grains, beans or legumes.
Thursday: All grown foods (plants, animals) – one ingredient foods. Dairy OK.
Yea, you may say boring but I say reinforcing the good stuff!
