SATURDAY AND SUNDAY: USE YOUR DISCRETION – 80% -100% OF YOUR FOOD OFF THE 80% LIST. AND YOU CAN USE THE 20% IF YOU WANT.

MON/TUES/WED/THURS NOV 11, 12, 13, 14 – 80% LIST, ALL GROWN FOODS, ALLOWING DAIRY IF YOU TOLERATE IT. TRY, AGAIN TO FOCUS ON ALL GROWN FOODS AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.
FRIDAY 11/15, LET’S OPEN THE BREAD WAGON – GRAIN OF YOUR CHOICE – ONE SERVING. IF YOU CAN FIND WHEAT FROM OUTSIDE THE US, OR EVEN SOURDOUGH – THAT WOULD BE PREFERRED.
SATURDAY/SUNDAY WILL BE 80/20 JUST LIKE ABOVE. (SEE, WE’RE FLEXIBLE)!
