Monday – our four rounder will have us working on KB swings, jump rope and pulling.

Then, a little wicked conditioning session taking advantage of the cooler temps.

Wednesday -Our squat will be the thruster. Our press will be a PP or PJ, and our hinge will be a high rep DL. Each will superset with a skill.

Friday -We’ll repeat the Power Clean drill from last Monday to start out. And then in teams of two – a very spicy metcon of burpees DB HPC&J, and situps. It’s a longer one and we have RX loads for those of you shooting to standardize. It’s a good one!
