Today we’ll start with a more lively warm up, leading us into a high rep push up drill with partner.

The, in teams of two we’ll tackle …100 pushups. You read that right.

AND THEN…a pretty aggressive version of a high rep wall ball workout – heavy spin on an old classic. You and a partner will come up with a strategy to complete this workout as a team…good luck!
