Our squat today is a barbell thruster. No superset movement so you can work on technique, load…wherever you are in the mastery of the Thruster.

Our press today is the dumbbell push press. Harder than the barbell because we expose weaknesses between right and left.

And our hinge today is the barbell deadlift in higher repetitions.

We’ll cash out with a little bodybuilding and structural work.
