Back to our “normal” for a week
You’ll spend about 15 minutes or so on each of the basic lifts: BS, PP, DL. Starting today…especially in our two habitually late classes, you’ll have 15 minutes to work through your strength sets – we’ll rotate on the 15 minute mark whether you’ve completed three or four sets plus the super set movement. This is our last-stitch effort to keep everyone running on time before we re-look at our programming. That’s the great thing about not purchasing programming – we’re in control and can pivot based on the needs of the box.
In the end we’ll introduce a new plyometric movement to provide a new challenge.
