This Friday we’ll begin with bench press – five sets of ascending load and descending reps—one of the class faves.
Next up, you have another Open-like WOD modified to improve conditioning, not necessarily practice higher level skills…so, we’ll tackle a triple to jump rope, leg levers and power cleans, individually, which presents a tougher challenge with no scheduled rest. We’ll take time to warm up the power cleans to the “go load” and hit this together as a timed WOD. Fridays are getting cooler as we enter winter and higher intensity having to worry less about the heat and humidity.
