Weak. Things. Break. Don’t forget this…as we climb into an atypical Wednesday that is generally without a barbell. Let’s get stronger on non-traditional objects.
We’ll start with a dbl DB squat – we like this because it taxes your shoulders, wrist and core.
Our presses a long sit dbl DB press – difficult for so many reasons: you have to get on the floor, your hamstrings and low back are taxed in the long-sit, and your core works harder with your shoulders to press. We love this!
Finally, you’ll higher rep KB DL for your hinge.
All movements have a gymnastics alternating skill so you have to be moving to get through everything today.
