And…here we go again!

Today after a solid warm up, your four round circuit will include:

  • horizontal pulling
  • squats and more squats
  • burpees
  • deadlifts

Good opportunities here to get more mobile, get stronger and improve your cardiorespiratory endurance…what you put in it is what you get out of it.

We’ll close out with some good time in a barbell complex, climbing in load, and reinforcing the the second pull (where your hip drive elevates the bar) in the clean. This is where we often miss that element in lieu of an early elbow pull – let’s get that under control today! Have fun with the complex!
