With Turkey Day only three days away let’s focus on getting some fitness before that lazy, high-carb day!
Today our 4-round Monday includes body rows for our pull, DB DL’s of varying loads and reps for our hinge, L-sits for triceps and core, and jump rope for some plyometric work. If you lean into each movement, it’ll set you up for a perfect day.
Last on your list is repeating our work in on-the-minute work for your barbell cycling and power cleans. Even at “our ages” we’re getting good at these so keep working!
