After that, we’ll head right into our strength piece of a Dbl DB Thruster with higher reps. We’re trying to climb in load, with the only limitation being the jumps in load on the DB’s at 5# each after the 15# DB’s. Have fun with this! (PS – dropping the DB’s from your shoulders will result in burpee penalties)

Next – we’ll deload our higher loads and lower reps with a higher rep, lower load BB DL today.

Finally – burpees anyway 😂
