With Chad under our belt, we’re getting back to work and are super stoked about the progress with our Clean Complex work, so we’ll see more of that! We’re not only developing fitness and health, but athletic skills with a loaded object, speed and improved balance with this drill. Lean into it, have fun with it, choose a load slighter greater than last week.
After a warm up of push ups and bottom of the squat hold, we’ll lean into our four-rounder but with only two movements – both pushing: push press from the rack and a wall walk hold – active shoulders today, peeps!
Finally, as mentioned above, we’ll tackle the Clean Complex from last Monday. Have fun!
