Another simple day. It’s funny how the basics, calesthenics or *gymnastics” as we call it, are discounted as not as hard as the barbell…yet we’re not as good at the gymnastics – not as strong in these movements…hmmmmm🧐, Lets fix this!
Today you’ll see pushing, pulling, squats and core work in your four-rounder. Super basic – so make it hard!
You’ll end with a bit of a ball-busting sprint! Short and effective.
Oh, and those of you who didn’t show up Friday because we told you it would be hard should be ashamed of yourselves! 😂😂
