Today our typical 4 rounder has some good variety:

  • pushups
  • weighted HKM
  • leg levers/flutter kicks
  • WB or Dball PP

In teams of 2 we’ll complete an alternating EMOM of body rows (a pull) and DBall slams as a core finisher.
