Today is our typical Monday and we’re readying ourselves for the 31 Heroes Workout on Friday, August 4th. We’ll be practicing rope climbs, heavy thrusters and box jumps or step ups along the way. Today you’ll see rope climbs in your 4 rounds. Also, push ups, Dball slams and a heavy HKM!
Lastly, we’ll team up to continue our work pulling the power clean from the deck – that first pull eludes us. Practice makes progress.
