We’re cruising through April, guys! Next week is May!

Well, as we ponder how the year’s first half is coming to a close, let’s get some fitness on!

Our four-round Monday will see the following happening:

  • Pushups – Murph Prep!
  • Ring rows or pull-ups – Murph Prep again!
  • Dbl DB Thrusters
  • Burpees (Rhonda’s Burpee Challenge Prep!)

With about 20 minutes left in the class, we’ll tackle a bit of a metcon – HKM and KB swing. Game on!
