Today we’ll get a quick strength sesh in before we start to breathe “really” hard. You’re tackling some low bar back squats today – and for some of us that’s as much shoulder mobility and Tspine as it is legs and core.

Next – we have a station-based workout. While we love these we also know we’re easily confused on “where we’re going”. Pay attention today! Be on time! Ed always says there’s a “caveman” strategy to our training: we have to think while we work hard, and this is good for your brain and memory – so hop to it! We’ll see rig work, inch worms, and planks. Kinda crushing your core  – you’re welcome!
