Our overhead is a hang power snatch -working on that active overhead with a wide hand position. Yes, we get a two-fer from you with an explosive hip hinge, but want you to focus on the overhead today. Supersetting with more hinging.

And our hinge is a DB DL for higher reps and longer reach.
