Today our four-round Monday will include

  • pulling….we’re weaker at pulling than pushing so here we go!
  • single DB hang power clean and jerk or push press
  • planks
  • and skill work on the power clean from the deck…that first pull, from the deck to the knee is where the wheels fall off the bus!

After our four rounds, we’ll team up to a version of a 2018 CF Metcon: 18.2.  Get ready to squat! And as a part two to the metcon, oiu’ll work on a heavy power clean…transferring our skills from the 4 rounder, “from the deck”.
