Today we are brushing the Thanksgiving rust off and we will see a little more intensity than we usually do. Our four-rounder will include pulling reps – different movements based on where you are with your pulling, Row or Bike sprints, pushups (oh no!), and burpees (double “oh no”!).

Then, in teams of 2, you’ll tackle a half-Karen – 75 wall balls for time.

Finally, we’ll work on some hand-eye coordination and call it a Monday!
