But first, let’s add some strength to the warm-up: lots of pushups!
Our strength today is a heavier KB swing to eye level. If you’re still working on the movements, you’ll swing lighter.
Next, all we’re going to say is TABATA. Tabata, Tabata, Tabata…no, not Hakuna Matata…but Tabata!
We’ll work a three-station conditioning workout next, and cash out with a lot of core and accessory work. It’s a lot of work for an hour so be on time!
