Today we tackle an aggressive four-rounder for our Monday circuit. You’ll work a lot of battling ropes – keep those cores tight. A double DB thruster will slow you down a little – they don’t have to be unbroken but they are supposed to be on the heavy side. More pulling work – for those with full shoulder extension we’ll work the eccentric pull up and for those with shoulders still working on that range – we’ll work a slow eccentric on a difficult ring row with a false grip.  Grip strength and pulling – all good! Finally, your circuit ends with high rep kettlebell swings. Tough four rounds.


We’ll finish up with a heavy several rounds of a hand power clean – again working grip and pulling.
