Finally, a full week of post-Hurricane training coming at ya!

Our Monday four-rounder will include high rep air squats – strive for perfection, body rows, heavy Dball presses and bent-over rows.

Then we’ll work on some barbell cycling. Why? you ask.  Because it’s good for coordination, grip strength, and gives you a cardiovascular challenge – all at the same time.

Finally, we’ll cash out with some core development and call it a day.
