Today we work on some new Jumping Drills in our warm-up. Don’t worry – it’s not aggressive. It’s designed to make you move your feet faster. “Practice athletic, be athletic.”

Our four-rounder today brings us some solid basics:

  • eccentric pull up work
  • a rotational drill with a Dball
  • box squats
  • seated pressing

The barbell enters the scene next with some technique work on the power clean.

Finally, some core work to finish us off.

It’s funny how an hour goes by so fast!
