The middle of August brings us a little respite from the heat with the new window coverings (above) – trying to get us through the summer!
So this week we’ll start with “pooping in the woods”. Or, you’re deep squatting with rig support for range of motion and beginning strength.
Our four rounder will bring us planks, kettlebells, inch worms and a body row (pull with a bar).
