Happy Birthday (tomorrow) to Tom C – we miss you Tom!

This is our Friday to bench! So we start with that as our Friday strength.

Next up, a version of an old CrossFit Football Workout called “4th Quarter is ours”. The most difficult part of this WOD for most of you will be keeping track of your rounds ;). You’ll bear crawl, deadlift and burpee.  We have a 20 minute cap as a team – good luck!
