Hump Day is Strength Day and GMRX.
For the first time in a few weeks, we’ll see the barbell back squat. Our press is a barbell push press. And our deadlift is a barbell, tempo DL.
We’ll spend most of the class lifting, and end with more shoulder loading “handstand” work and progressions.
