Friday brings us a high-intensity day and the second week of the Open.
The part of the class that is doing the Open will split off and practice the Open workout while the rest of us work through the following:

Our first AMRAP will be with plate step-ups, jump rope and double DB HPCs. This is a little longer and meant to be your meat-and-potatoes for the day.
Middle of the class – we’ll slow it down with a little core work.
Then cash out with some body building.
