Here we are, the first Monday after the first CF Open WOD and things are feeling ELECTRIC around here. High fives, PR’s…all of it!

So, today, we go back to four rounds of four movements in our circuit – we’ll work on strict pull ups, a heavy pull from the deck, core and a hinged “push” in a WB roll.
Next up, EVERYONE will start with the basics for the wall walk that came up in the Open workout – but we’re starting with Inch Worms and trying to engage that straight arm “push” into the floor – there will be a progression for everyone. We’ll also work on overhead squats for technique.
And we’ll finish with an alternating Tabata to get your heart rates up.
