We’ll start our Friday out with a little strength: BB PP from the rack – lighter load, medium reps.

Staying with the barbell, we’re returning to our DT complex. Have fun with this – Teams so one can count and coach up what’s next.

Following up that load and intensity with a reverse Tabata of strength and conditioning…pulling and cardio…and cashing out with some balance.
