Monday – we’re always crusty and stiff from maybe church and brunch and laying around watching football all day Sunday! So let’s brush the rust off.
After another wall ball warm up with a partner, we’ll work through two movements, alternating: rope a dope, and single arm landmine presses. We haven’t seen the landmines in a while so this will spark some interest in you guys.
Next up – Open prep/a little intensity. For time a descending rep scheme of dumbbell ground to overheads, and jump rope. We’re proud that some of you have been upping your game and jumping where you never thought you could!
We’ll cool you down with some planks, and finish up with some bodybuilding and barbell skills.
