Our squat strength today continues to build on the success we’ve seen with box squats and counterbalance squat – combined. Keep improving. It’s easy to make progress with your form is spot on. Not so much the other way around.
Our Pressing today is replaced with some clean work – power through the middle.
And our Deadlift is again starting with higher reps and descending into higher load and lighter reps. Paired with situps today for added volume.
We’ll cash out with a long-ish EMOM of lunges and progressions, and HTHO.
Hump Day is complete with some humpity humping muscles!
