Hump Day training is afoot!
Wednesdays are our dedicated strength days. Not a lot of metcon-ing – more lifting.
Our squat today is both a front and back squat with a barbell. Our press is a barbell strict press, and our hip hinge is a combo of traditional deadlifts and jump ropes – to make it a little spicier.
We’ll finish up with some accessory work on the DBall and core.
Stronger already.
