After a spirited warmup with a med ball, we’ll start with Bench Press. Remember, feet flat with pressure “north” and shoulder blades retracted.
Next, we’ll hit a high rep metcon with kettlebell swings and situps. If you work at a quick pace the training effect is maximized.
We’ll hit some planks for core work before ending with a relay-style. team workout of a spicey DB complex! Remember, relay style is “you go, then I go, then you go, then I go…”. Both athletes do not work at the same time.
