  • heavy suitcase deadlifts
  • heavy DB clean and jerks

After this, we enter an interesting team WOD of bar hangs and ring rows. The pacer is the hanger…you’ll love it.

Next a long-sit med ball throw – again – interesting!

Finally some balance.
