You’re going to earn your dinner today!

We’re changing things up today and starting with balance versus ending with it. So we should be REALLY GOOD AT IT!

Next up: continuing our efforts to get good at the BB Back Squat, and get stronger, we continue with a 3×5 hoping we’re adding a little load to this week’s final set.

Friday brings us a healthy barbell complex – one you’ve seen before. And as we’ve been practicing bringing the power clean FROM the deck, this will come into play today.

We’ll spice things up with 3 x 2-minute AMRAPs of burpees and BB DL’s.  This will be, as Ed says, our meat and potatoes for the day!

Finally, a little accessory work to round out an exciting Friday!
