Wednesdays are for strength…get strong today!

Today we start off with some heavy KB goblet squats paired with core work. If you haven’t figured it out yet, anything in the front rack, like a goblet squat, is very core-intensive. So this will be a double-whammy!

Onto some higher rep barbell pressing alternating with pulling. Classic combo.

Finally, within our strength portion – some heavy barbell deads.  No limit on the load today; solid form required for advancing in load.

We’ll end with a 10-minute EMOM of core and pressing.

Balance drills to round out the day.
