Today’s Legends Workout priority is heavy. We began with Barbell “Clusters” alternating with flutter kicks.
Part two was again, heavy, with a heavy strict med ball press. This challenges the mobility of the shoulders. Loads were determined by the athletes ability.
Part three included some old school Barbell Sumo DL’s alternating with plate/weighted good mornings.
Next we did some core work alternating with bird dogs and planks with a work to rest ratio of 2:1.
Finally, you can’t get away without burpees! We did a “not for time” set of multiple rounds of burpees and situps.
All movements were modified based on the ability of the athlete.
