Friday’s are no joke around here, but what we’ve found in our training with you has been it’s time to up the ante with the cardio….we’re strong, we’re getting really good at gymnastics, but we’re falling apart when our hearts rates are up more than 5 minutes. So…welcome to Friday!

We’ll start with a strength piece for a squat. You’re welcome 🙂

Then, you’ll be challenged with a version of a hero workout: D.T. We’ll add some jump rope to this to increase the intensity. You’ll have a longer cap – again, longer work time – to work through jump rope, BB DLs HPC and PP/PJ. Good luck! And Happy Friday!
